Tripping | Making Time

I don't have all the answers but here's what I'm writing about today.

You know how when you're high on emotions and you're just blinded from everything around you? Like you just really don't care if the sky is falling, as long as you and him/her are together.. nothing else matters and all you want to do is please him in any way you can. You just cant risk hurting him. You ALWAYS make time for them. You cant help but lighten up when they're around and where being away from them is THE saddest thing.ever. (yikes.) Being with them you feel free to be yourself: to love unconditionally and be loved; to try new things; to make new traditions; to beat the impossible; dream big and live to fulfill it - purpose driven.

That is exactly what it should be with Him. The only one who truly satisfies.  One step at a time, keep falling in love. And love. Love is effortless. Love is surrendering.  Love is commitment. Love is not turning away when things go wrong but holding on. Love is believing in what is not seen. Believing the best for that one other.  Dead to self. and making time for Him in each step.

Today i came across a few cool lines online I think is worth sharing here:
(No I do NOT ALWAYS stalk them.. but Every time I do it's always worth it.)

Bill Johnson said that "there can be no resurrection if there is no death." Think about it. What else of me do I need to be dead to today, to fully experience that resurrection or that intimacy made possible through His death?

I just saw a post on Instagram by Hillsong that said that "excelling in public passion is being passionate about private devotion".

"If  you make history WITH God, He'll make history through you." - Bill Johnson

Yaaass! I don't know but these lines spoke in high volumes to me this week and that's just what it's supposed to be like: INTIMACY - Every thing about being a "Christian", hard core follower of Jesus, preacher, pastor, worship leader or just someone who believes in Him, flows from this. No matter how busy it gets, no matter the work load, no matter the pressure (what?!), make time for Him.  Pouring out to Him is perfect Peace and Pure Joy in an instant!

Private Devotion, or Quiet Time (as is popularly known by many around me) truly totally delights me!  It is also something I heartily appreciate my parents esp my mom for. I have not been the perfect daughter in obeying her but in this I strongly consider her my hero for courageously introducing me to the greatest Hero in all history when I hardly understood much. More of Him has intricately and sweetly led me to love hard and love (her) better.  It's worth it. She's worth it. He's worth it.  YOU'RE worth it.
